just for fun, I'll tell you about last night.. hopefully, i'll be posting again soon.
So.. last night, around midnight, our street in from of my home was filled with a few minutes of big excitement and activity and not the good kind- but the little bit funny in hindsight- kind.! I was in my room watching some late night tv when I became aware of all grades of drama from outside.. the worst kind of drama.. the Benny the Dog kind of drama that is not easily quelled. I was also aware of some other voices.. one which seemed to be the voice of my son, Dustin , raging and cussing.. which made me realize that my son has added some very colorful language to his vocabulary. Anyway.. I wanted to help and as James was sleeping peacefully, i slipped on my shoes and ran outside wearing only my nightgown to see what was going on. SO... there they were.. the 3 of them.. some stranger with a backpack who had been walking down the road, Dustin who was more than a little frustrated, and Benny the dreaded chi-weenie who was bobbing, weaving and snapping randomly and basically...
